This session is about joy, connection, embodiment, and authenticity.

Join us for a unique, lighter, and more playful CRY SESSION hosted by Anni. Together, we are creating a powerful space for men to playfully reconnect with yourself again — moving, laughing, following your instincts and completely letting go of performance and social roles.

Anni will guide us through a flow designed to help us drop out of our heads and into our bodies. Breathwork will help everyone arrive and become fully present, while movement and play will create a natural connection without requiring anyone to immediately open up emotionally.

The session combines:

Deep breathwork
Movement and connection
