​Most of us have friends. Fewer of us have friendships where we actually say what we think, how we feel, and what we need. That gap is where a lot of loneliness sits, even for men with a full calendar.

​This evening is about closing it a little. We'll look at what depth means for you personally, which topics you can bring to which friend — and what you'd like to be able to say but currently don't.

​How it works: a few questions and some quiet time to reflect on your own, then a conversation in pairs if you want one, then a short round together where you can share one insight — or just listen.

​Nothing here is compulsory. Passing is always fine.

​If you want to prepare: think about your friendships, and about what depth would look like in them for you.Bring a friend if you like — guests are welcome.I'll be there early, and you can always DM me beforehand if you have questions.Everything said stays in the room.
