This session is about joy, connection, embodiment, and authenticity.
Following up on our recent community check-in, we are so incredibly excited to bring you our very first Half-Day Yoga Retreat out at beautiful Ammersee! We are escaping the city buzz to slow down, breathe together, and soak in the summer energy as a brotherhood.
We will start our morning at the beautiful Hey Club in Utting, spending about 3 hours at the location diving deep into a grounding yoga flow and movement session to open our hearts and bodies.
The practice will be a traditional Hatha - Vinyasa yoga class,
Hatha Yoga being the “Yoga of effort”.
Through a devoted effort and discipline, purifying body and mind and creating space for a sense of ease, peace and clarity. Burning away what is not true about ourselves.
We will also explore the meaning and history of yoga for men and about the practices and tools that the yoga system offers to cultivate a greater sense of harmony with this living experience.
Afterwards, we'll pack up and head down to the water for a relaxed, community picnic and a refreshing jump into the sea.
What to bring: Please make sure to pack some delicious food for our shared picnic, a towel, swimwear, and plenty of water to drink throughout the day.
