βWeβre hosting an interactive CRY SESSION about emotional intelligence, self-regulation & emotional awareness together with Sarah-Lisa Besemer @emotion.alchemist
βThis is not a classic sit-and-listen workshop.
βItβs a live emotional experience between keynote, practical tools, reflection exercises, group interaction, and guided hypnosis.
