Expect a combination of strengthening asanas, targeted mobility work, stretching and conscious breathing. It’s about strength and flexibility, but just as much about feeling your own body better and getting out of your head for a moment.
We close with time for reflection and sharing. A space to sort your thoughts, take new perspectives with you and connect beyond the mat.
