ATÉ CHÁ was born from a simple question:
What might a contemporary tea house look like today?
Across centuries and cultures, tea has served as a catalyst for conversation, creativity, reflection, and exchange. Tea houses have welcomed artists, philosophers, travelers, merchants, monks, and friends—offering a space to slow down, listen, and connect.
The First Pour marks the beginning of an ongoing series of gatherings exploring tea as a bridge between cultures, ideas, and people.
Join us for an evening of carefully selected teas, stories, and conversation as we introduce the vision behind ATÉ CHÁ and begin cultivating a modern tea culture in Lisbon.
Throughout the evening we will share a guided tea tasting, reflections on tea's role in shaping communities around the world, and an opportunity to gather with fellow creatives, builders, seekers, and tea lovers.
No prior tea knowledge is required.
