In celebration of our brand new ALO Sanctuary, ALO Brentwood Town & Country, we invite you to begin your day with a mindful wellness walk—a moment to pause, re-center, and reconnect.
Led by Stephanie Matsuba, this walk is designed to support recovery and well-being, offering space to move gently, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. Whether you come to ground, to restore, or simply to be present, this is your time to slow down and walk with intention.
After the walk, join us back at the store to connect with the community and check out our new store!
