Business Development Workshop

​Shams Jorjani is the CEO of Arrowhead Game Studios, Chairman of the Board at Hooded Horse and host of the Business of Video Games Podcast. Prior to Helldivers 2 shaped adventures he was the Head of the Unicorn division at Paradox Interactive for 12 years helping the company grow into a strategy powerhouse.

We've previously worked with Shams on forecasting for game releases and we were so smitten by his spreadsheet magic and game smarts that we've been dreaming about working with him again!

We're so pleased to offer this workshop where we'll work with Shams on the business of video games.

This time we will go head deep in the principles for good P&L'ing and reflecting on some observations across the industry and what we can learn from them to succeed tomorrow.
