Conscious Conception

A One-Day Immersive Workshop

You can’t hustle your way into motherhood.

And for women who are used to achieving through effort, planning, and doing everything “right,” the fertility journey can feel deeply disorienting.

Created and facilitated by Clinical Psychologist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Dr. Stacy Thomas, Conscious Conception is a one-day immersive experience designed to support women at the beginning of their fertility journey through a grounded integration of psychology, nervous system healing, meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and embodied conscious conception practices.

Together, we’ll explore a softer, more connected approach to fertility — one rooted in trust, emotional regulation, feminine wisdom, and the understanding that conception is not only physical, but deeply emotional and deeply human.

This experience includes:

  • Kundalini Yoga & meditation

  • Nervous system regulation practices

  • Emotional resilience tools

  • Guided reflection & embodiment practices

  • Conscious conception teachings

  • A supportive community of women walking this path beside you

No previous experience with Kundalini Yoga or meditation is required.

Come exactly as you are.
