

The Deal Room: BMW Sports Marketing Lab Hosted by Key Frager

You are not coming to sit in a classroom. You are stepping into the role of a sports marketing executive.
The Deal Room is a live sports marketing simulation hosted inside BMW Midtown Houston’s flagship showroom. You will build a real partnership campaign between a Houston athlete and BMW, then pitch it to a live panel of industry professionals. Everything about this experience is intentional, from the environment to the exercise to the energy in the room.
What happens on event day:
Opening keynote from brand manager/host Key Frager on his story and how brand partnerships in sports actually get built, followed by a live industry panel featuring a professional athlete, agent, and BMW representative. From there, teams enter the Brand Lab Simulation, where they are assigned a Houston athlete and a BMW model and must build a real campaign from scratch. Breakout sessions with industry professionals cover brand deals, athlete representation, and personal brand building. The day closes with a live pitch competition, where Deal Room Champions are announced and recognized.
