Justin Tan
As a father of three, a seasoned entrepreneur with three successful founder journeys, and an experienced investor, I bring over 20 years of hands-on expertise in scaling startups and driving significant revenue growth, particularly in the highly competitive U.S. market. As Co-founder and VP of Business Development at Knorex, I successfully spearheaded our global expansion strategy, particularly leading our U.S. market entry from inception to substantial growth—scaling ARR 30-fold. My focus has consistently been on establishing product-market fit (PMF), crafting impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing high-performance teams. I have built a repeatable engine for enterprise growth with a strong customer success team as the foundation for retention.
Currently serving as Principal Partner at VINCO Investment Fund (Silicon Valley, CA), I actively support promising ventures through strategic investments, mentorship, and market-entry guidance, enabling startups to effectively navigate and thrive in the U.S. ecosystem. My entrepreneurial journey began as an engineer at Intel, where my technical foundation was formed. Pivoting into sales and business development, I gained valuable experience in sales, further sharpening my commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
