• ​🗺️ Plan the season ahead: formats, neighborhoods, and how we gather & communicate

​Who are co-creators? 💛

​Co-creators are community members who help bring the offline mission to life based on their availability and interests.

• ​ Co-hosts for events + (yes!) retreats in 2026 🧳

• ​Workshop hosts (craft, writing, or anything that aligns with our mission)

• ​Volunteers during events (phone hotel guardians, photographers, set-up/helping hands, etc)

• ​ TOC representatives (press, partnerships, community outreach)

• ​Social media wizards (because an offline community still needs online touchpoints)
