Terrified of Public Speaking? ...ME TOO!
This isn’t Toastmasters.
There are no long speeches and no one tracking your filler words.
And this isn’t about becoming a better presenter. It’s about becoming a little less afraid of taking up space. And doing it in a room where everyone else is practicing the same thing.
It’s an intimate speaking circle.
A small group (6 people max) where everyone stands up and gets an equal amount of time to practice speaking authentically in front of others.
There is no feedback or critique unless you ask for it.

Each session is 75 minutes. The structure is simple:
Check-Ins
“What’s one thought or feeling that’s present for you right now?”
You don’t need to be interesting. Just share what’s true for you right now.
Round 1: Quick Exposure
You’ll get a short prompt. Without time to prepare, you speak.
The point isn’t to be impressive.
It’s to notice what happens when all eyes are on you — and keep going.
To practice being seen without preparing.
Round 2: Tell Us Something Interesting
You’ll read a short article and share it in front of the group in the way you’d tell a friend— what it’s about, what caught your attention, what you’re still unsure about.
It’s conversational. No presentation voice.
Round 3: Personal Brief
You’ll choose something in your life that needs clarity — a worry, a decision, a tension, something you’re working through — and talk it through out loud.
Or, if you prefer, share something you’re excited about or looking forward to.
No perfect outline. Just thinking out loud, in front of people.
Closing / Reflections
Quick check-out: One sentence on how it felt, what stood out, or what you’re desiring more of.
