AGCS Investor Speed Pitching
On Wednesday, November 11 at 2:30 PM, we’re culminating our 7th Accessing Growth Capital Series (AGCS) cohort with Investor Speed Pitching at Keystone Innovation District in Kansas City.
AGCS is a nine-week program we run alongside Network Kansas / eGrowth Ventures, helping 16 founders from across the Heartland understand what institutional capital really looks like — what it costs, what it unlocks, and whether it’s actually the right path for their business.
The culmination is designed to be valuable for both sides of the table. Each founder rotates through small pods of investors for an eight-minute conversation:
1 minute: Founder lays out the company and opportunity
7 minutes: Investor questions, feedback, and discussion
60–90 minutes of rotations, followed by an open reception
For investors, it’s an opportunity to get an early look at founders who have spent nine weeks pressure-testing their businesses and capital strategies — and to build relationships before many of these companies formally enter the market.
More importantly, we want your feedback. The goal isn’t for founders to close a round in eight minutes. It’s to hear directly from active investors about what resonates, what doesn’t, and what they need to sharpen before raising.
