Experience a traditional Banja Ritual in a small women-only setting.
This evening is not simply a sequence of three sauna infusions. It is a gradual journey through heat, steam, scent and rest — each round with its own rhythm and intensity.
In the first round, we arrive slowly. You’ll have time to settle into the warmth, experience the steam and let your body adjust without rushing.
The second round becomes more intense. This is where we introduce a homemade salt body polish and the gentle movement of birch and oak branches. Their soft rustling and the movement of hot air accompany the round, either completely contact-free or, if you wish, with light contact on the body.
The third round brings the experience back down. The heat becomes a space to soften, rest and close the ritual gradually before moving into the night.
Every part of the experience is optional. Any physical contact or use of the branches on your body happens only with your consent.
Meet Rita
Rita is the founder of Feel Deeper and has many years of experience in body-based practices, ritual work and women’s spaces. She trained in traditional Banja practice and today works as a sex therapist and coach for female pleasure and libido.

🎒 Important Information
What to bring:
Two large towels, bathrobe or kimono, and flip-flops.
Dress code:
The sauna is textile-free. Swimwear is not worn inside the sauna. If you prefer more coverage, you are welcome to wrap yourself in a towel.
Women only:
This event is intentionally created as a women-only sauna space.
Punctuality:
Please arrive in time to change and settle in. We begin together at 19:30.
No previous Banja or sauna experience is necessary. You are always free to leave the sauna, skip a round or rest whenever you need.
