As we move toward the dark moon in Scorpio, we enter a time of descent, release, remembrance and renewal.
This gathering is rooted in the spiral: the ancient movement of going inward, moving through what is beneath the surface, and returning changed.
We begin with rose-infused cacao, creating space to soften into the heart and body. Through spiral movement and somatic practice, we follow the body inward, releasing tension and allowing ourselves to slow down.
We will then gather around a red thread circle, exploring connection, sisterhood, lineage and the women whose lives, wisdom and stories have shaped our own. Each woman will have space to share, witness and listen.
As the evening deepens, we enter the stillness of the dark moon.
No need to perform.
No need to have an answer.
Just space to listen.
And from that stillness, the drum begins.
A journey from heart → body → lineage → darkness → rhythm → voice
The spiral does not move in a straight line. We return to ourselves again and again, each time from a deeper place.
This is a space for women to descend, remember, release, connect and reclaim their voice.

She walks in close relationship with jungle plant spirits and tribal traditions. She comes from a lineage of healers deeply connected to the Earth, with animism at its core.
Maureen weaves sound, prayer, womb-centered ritual, and somatic plant-medicine integration into spaces of remembrance and renewal. Working intimately with multiple Indigenous tribes and their teachings, she guides individuals and groups through ceremonies and retreats in Canada and Peru, and offers education and mentorship for those called to work respectfully and responsibly with these sacred medicines—supporting clarity, resilience, and the return to one’s innate medicine
