📋 Program Overview:
Meeting Cadence: The first meeting will be on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 12 PM ET, held virtually. All group sessions will be weekly on Thursdays at 12 PM ET until the program is completed.
Weeks 1-4: (Group Sessions) Building Workplace Connections
Develop strong, meaningful workplace relationships.
Strengthen rapport and build trust with colleagues and peers.
Explore strategies for fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Weeks 5-8: (Group Sessions) Growing Networking Confidence
Address common challenges, including overcoming introverted tendencies.
Participate in hands-on exercises to practice networking skills.
Receive constructive feedback and refine your approach to feel more at ease.
Weeks 9-12: (Group Sessions) Deepening Connections
Move beyond initial introductions to cultivate deeper, more impactful relationships.
