ββοΈ Resonance & Renewal: Summer Solstice Embodied Healing Retreat βοΈ
βSunday, June 14 |Β 4:00β6:00 PM
βSkyline Sanctuary, 12540 Skyline Blvd, Oakland, CA
βThe Summer Solstice is the longest, brightest day of the year β a moment of peak light, growth, and possibility. Itβs an invitation to step more fully into who youβre becoming, to release whatβs heavy, and to remember your own inner sun.
βJoin us for a twoβhour, traumaβinformed mini retreat in the Skyline sanctuary: an evening of grounded yoga, somatic healing, sound, and contemplative rest. Together weβll move, breathe, and listen for what the season of light is asking of us now β in our bodies, our relationships, and our wider world.
βYouβll be guided through:
βA warm, accessible yoga practice with Rondy to awaken strength, ease, and joy in your body.
βDianaβs somatic and breathwork journey to help your nervous system settle, release stored tension, and integrate whatβs rising in this solstice βpeak lightβ moment
βLaurieβs gentle spiritual reflection and closing ritual, weaving what youβve felt in your body with meaning, justice, everyday life.
