About Event

Three days, six stages, more than 250 speakers, and the chance to connect with those you’d otherwise spend a year trying to meet.

TechCrunch Disrupt returns to Moscone West in San Francisco, October 13–15. And yes, this is the official Disrupt listing on Luma, we're trying something new!

Why Attend Disrupt?

There are few places you can go from seeing speakers across OpenAI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Google Cloud and so many more, to then being connected to a potential co-founder and having plenty of time to spare for workshops. Disrupt is all about great sessions, but the true value that sets you up for success over the next year is in the connections made and lessons learned.

We've heard the feedback, and this year we are really leaning into exploring what it takes to build a sustainable company in the AI era. Take a look at each of the six stages of programming, or dive right into the full agenda, to decide for yourself if it's worth your valuable time and money.

  • The flagship Disrupt Stage features all five Benchmark partners for the first time, Replit CEO Amjad Masad, Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe, Amazon's Devices and Services Lead Panos Panay, Bluesky's CEO Toni Schneider and CEO Rose Wang, plus Mark Wahlberg, A-lister and increasingly big investor.

Check out all of our headliners, but be prepared, we have a history of some last-minute surprises!

  • The AI, Real World AI, and Smart Systems Stage are all jam-packed with AI-focused insights. Anthropic's Head of Applied AI Cat de Jong will separate the success from the failures in AI adoption, OpenAI's Dots Product Lead Alexander Embricos will explore a post-chatbot future.

And experts from across the fusion and wider energy industry space will explore how to actually power all that innovation. No matter where you are in the AI space, there's a session track for you.

  • The Builder's Stage is three days of honest, no-BS insights about what it takes to build a company for the future, while facing the realities of today.

What happens when OpenAI ships your roadmap? How do you go from an MVP to billions of users? How do you retain your top AI talent? That's just the start of the questions you've asked, and we're looking to answer.

That said, if you're not able to make a ticket work this year, there are still plenty of official (and unofficial) side events here on Luma.

You can still be a part of the community through them if you can't afford a ticket. And if you've been recently laid off, we do have a $75 Expo+ ticket option available for those in need.

Why Luma, Why Now?

We get it, Luma is where especially the Bay Area community has already gathered! We're late to it, but want to see if the community prefers this over going through our site and our preexisting process. Consider this a test to improve future Disrupts, and we're glad to have you along for the ride.

You'll get your formal pass not through here, but through our existing ticketing system, so we'll be sending over a formal pass soon after your registration here. If you run into issues, please reach out to events@techcrunch.com for help. Our aim is to make grow the community, and make it easier than ever to attend, and your feedback and callouts matter.

Don't Forget the Startup Battlefield Competition

The climax of Disrupt occurs with the crowning of the Startup Battlefield 200 victor. That marks the culmination of thousands of applications, endless preparation from participants and vetting from the TechCrunch team, plus a good old-fashioned series of pitches in front of esteemed judges.

This year's cohort of 200 represent some of the most exciting minds across the world's startup community, and you can watch them pitch in person, network with them on the Expo Hall, and learn from their journeys and collaborate with them in the future, exclusively at Disrupt.

As you'll notice, the speakers and sessions are stellar, but it's the connections that happen around them that make Disrupt so unique, and we can't wait for you to join us at Moscone...after you've recovered from SF Tech Week of course.
