Yoga Class

​In Collaboration with Kaiora Downs Mats, who will be giving away two free 100% NZ Wool Yoga mats, I’ll be hosting a Yoga class at The Loft Yoga Lounge in Akl on Thursday 6th March at 6pm.

​Come along and enjoy a class focused on aligning breath, which anchors us in the present moment, with movement, which helps us to strengthen, purify and connect with our body. This creates a balanced system where energy can flow freely.

​This session will be a space to come together to relax, grow, connect and have fun. There will be a delicious dinner after class to enjoy some time together.

​Beginners are welcome.

​​​LiveBrew will also be giving away a two weeks supply of Organic Probiotics to all participants.

​​​Price is $30 (includes dinner, GF,V)
