About Event
The Matchmaker is a Giving Wednesday conversation for people who lead, manage or develop others.
Leaders don’t just allocate work. They allocate opportunity. We’ll explore how to recognise potential, create access, make better matches between people and opportunities, and know when it’s time to let good people grow beyond us.
Come ready to reflect, share and leave with practical questions you can use in your own leadership.
