​We spend months preparing for birth and the baby. Far less time is spent planning for the weeks that come next -  including our own recovery, support and wellbeing.

​Join Dr Sujitha Selvarajah, Hesta co-founder and NHS obstetrician, and Olivia Hinge, midwife and IBCLC, for an intimate, practical interactive workshop at Hesta House.

​Together, we'll explore what's worth thinking about before your baby arrives: how you want to feed your baby, your physical recovery, who will support you, how to share the practical and mental load, your finances, navigating visitors and boundaries, and making sure there's a plan for you, as well as your baby.

​You'll leave with practical guidance, what's worth spending money on (and what's not), and concrete steps to take now for the first few weeks and months with your newborn.

​For pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy. Partners welcome. No preparation needed.

For three days only, Hesta is taking over a London mews to create Hesta House: Motherhood, redesigned.  It’s a reimagining of what the world might look like if it were designed around mothers too.

​As part of your visit, you’ll also be invited to explore the House before or after your session, discovering spaces dedicated to health, food, movement, recovery, identity and early motherhood. Across the House there’ll be expert-led moments, practical ideas, carefully chosen products and a few useful things to take home with you.
