The Connection Lab Drop-In

​This space welcomes anyone who wants to slow down, be seen, and connect more honestly with themselves and others.

​Gathering in circles is one of the oldest human practices, and one most of us were never actually taught. Yet these are the skills that deepen our relationships and bring more safety and belonging into our lives.

​Connection Lab is a simple, guided space to practice them in a gender-inclusive space — through listening, presence, and real conversation. Whether you're craving more depth in your relationships, hoping to meet like-minded people, or just want to feel more at ease in a room full of humans, you're welcome here. 🙏🏼

​What to expect
A landing practice to arrive, open circle sharing, and paired exercises — followed by unstructured time to linger and talk. We shift the format slightly each gathering to keep the energy and depth alive, so every circle carries its own theme and its own mix of faces (some new, some returning).

​A note on food
Please eat before or after — we keep the space free of snacking so everyone can stay present. Bring a closed-lid water bottle. We always welcome people to join us for a walk to a local restaurant afterward to continue the connection.
