Virtual CASA of Central Virginia Information Session
Learn how you can make a difference for children in our community.
Join CASA of Central Virginia for a virtual information session on Wednesday, July 1, from 12:00–1:00 PM to learn more about becoming a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
CASA volunteers are trained to advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect and are involved in the court system. During this session, you’ll learn what CASA volunteers do, how the training process works, and what kind of commitment is involved.
This is a great opportunity to learn more before the July 8 application deadline for our upcoming August training classes.
No experience is required. Just a willingness to show up, listen, and be a consistent voice for a child who needs one.
This session will be held virtually. A meeting link will be provided when you register.
