Ever felt like your life energy is being drained under the surface?
There can be many reasons for that, and repressed shadow is one of them.
Shadow contains all the aspects of yourself that you don't dare to love yet. Embracing the shadow releases an immense amount of energy - both psychological and physiological.
That's all you need to know to join.
We will focus on practice rather then theory.
Witnessing what's under the surface, sharing in a held space, embracing ourselves and others.
You'll leave feeling more authentic and whole than you came.
Make sure you're attending from a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the whole duration of the circle. We want to arrive and leave mindfully.
