Join the WHA-NC Chapel Hill Chapter for a breast cancer early detection education and action meeting.
A mammogram is not always enough to detect breast cancer. At this meeting, we’ll talk about supplemental breast imaging, why access to that screening matters, and the effort underway to expand insurance coverage in North Carolina.
But this is more than an educational event.
The Chapel Hill chapter is part of a growing statewide, nonpartisan network of WHA-NC chapters working to educate North Carolinians and urge our Governor and General Assembly to take action. This will be one of many regional meetings held in communities across North Carolina as we build toward a statewide rally in Raleigh.
