Converge 2026 Lagos
Nigeria's population will double within a generation. This will be our greatest asset or the world's greatest unemployment crisis. And it depends on one thing: whether we build enough companies to put a generation to productive work.
That is what Converge exists for.
We are building the institution that produces and backs the founders of Nigeria's foundational enterprises: the high-productivity, high-employment companies our economy will be built upon. Businesses that absorb labour at scale, keep productive capacity at home, and become the infrastructure others build on.
This year, our theme is Industrialisation: Building a Productive Nigeria.
This year in Lagos, we will convene the people building that future: keynotes from industry leaders who have done it, roundtables with young business owners doing it now, live brainstorming on the ideas worth backing, and networking that turns a room of ambitious people into a generation of collaborators.
If you are building, funding, or want to be part of Nigeria's productive future, this is your invitation.
