This 4-hour beach party will include an opening circle/intention setting, hour movement flow, BYO beach picnic, social hour, and sunset dance party with live DJs to move and connect with community and celebrate life!

3:00-3:30 - Check-in
3:30-4:00 - Opening Circle
4:00-5:00 - Amplified Yoga w/ Donovan McGrath*
5:00 - Group Ocean Plunge (optional)
5:00-7:00 - Sunset Dance Party

*Amplified Yoga is an affirmation based movement practice that combines components of breathwork, yoga, and kundalini. This is not a "traditional" yoga class.
