Join us as La Société Belle turns one. We're marking the year the way we do best: together, around a table, with something delicious in the oven.
In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make a classic apple tarte tatin: golden caramel, tender apples, and buttery pastry, inverted at the end for the big reveal. You'll leave knowing how to make it again, and with a tart to take home or share.
