DNA Momentum Sprint
DNA Momentum is a six-week online sprint for disabled and neurodivergent founders at the very earliest stages — whether you have an idea you want to test or an early MVP you’re shaping.
Each Wednesday for one hour we come together to set small goals, do focused work, and keep each other accountable in a supportive, low-pressure space designed around how neurodivergent and disabled founders actually work. No hustle, no jargon — just steady momentum and good company. While this space is specifically designed for disabled and neurodivergent founders, we are inclusive of all intersectionalities. We prioritise a safe, facilitated environment where you can openly discuss how disability and neurodiversity may impact your work.
The sessions are led by Kim To, a certified ADHD coach who owns the company "Own Your Flair LTD" and leads the DNA (Disabilities, Neurodiversity, and Abilities) cluster at LSE Generate. With extensive expertise working with founders on early-stage business ideas, Kim understands the challenges of executive functioning and momentum when trying to get ideas off the ground.
Our structure combines expert facilitation and actionable exercises designed to help boost executive functioning and move your ideas forward. The goal is for founders to dedicate one hour each week to come together, focus, and leave with practical steps. While sessions may include some facilitated content, the focus is not on upskilling; instead, we will split into groups to work on exercises and make real progress during the session.
