The Modern Fertility Landscape
About Perspectives
In a world of fast replies and fleeting interactions, we’re creating a safe space for meaningful conversations with curious individuals.
About the Triangle
A 2-hour intimate dialogue on women’s health, fertility, myths, and proactive care
Conversations around women's health are often clouded with silence, stigma, and emotional weight. Many women- and couples- navigate uncertainty, anxiety, and unanswered questions without a clear understanding of their bodies or the options available to them.
This Perspectives Triangle, hosted in collaboration with Live Gracious, creates a safe, judgement-free space to unpack the modern fertility landscape with clarity and compassion. It is a space to unlearn long-held myths, understand what fertility really means today, and explore how early awareness can transform reproductive wellbeing.
Together, we’ll look at infertility through a holistic lens-covering menstrual health, hormonal patterns, fertility indicators, common misconceptions, the emotional dimensions, and ways to stay proactive at every life stage.
About the Initiator: Dr. Shreshtha
Dr. Shreshtha is a gynecologist and obstetrician with over a decade of experience. At Safdarjung Hospital- one of India’s largest public hospitals- she has cared for thousands of women from all backgrounds. She has also worked closely with urban, educated women managing fertility, menstrual, hormonal, and pregnancy-related concerns.
Across these diverse settings, one pattern has persisted: A striking lack of awareness about women’s health and fertility.
Through this Triangle, she aims to build an honest, open, and empathetic space where anyone- women or men- can deepen their understanding of women’s health across adolescence, sexual wellbeing, menstrual cycles, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum changes, and menopause.
