​We are delighted to invite you to our next Rest of World webinar, a fireside conversation between Nicole Su and one of the most distinctive investor-thinkers in the value investing world today.

​Our guest, Saurabh Madaan, has built a career at the intersection of different disciplines. Before founding Manveen Asset Management, he served as Managing Director and Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Markel Corporation, working closely with Co-CEO Tom Gayner. Before that, he spent more than seven years at Google in various roles, including Senior Data Scientist, and hosted a series of conversations on value investing through the Talks at Google program, interviewing Howard Marks, Mohnish Pabrai, Michael Mauboussin, Pat Dorsey and Arnold Van Den Berg. He holds degrees from IIT Madras, the University of Waterloo, and the University of Pennsylvania, and today teaches finance at both VCU in Richmond and FLAME University in Pune. He also serves as Board Member and Chair of the Investment Committee at the Valentine Museum.

​Nicole Su, Chair of the WOA Board of Directors, will moderate the conversation across four areas: the art of the interview, how data science informs value investing, what it took to build Manveen, and what a life of giving looks like in practice.
