Indonesia Critical Minerals Forum 2026
Indonesia Critical Minerals Forum 2026: Securing Sustainable Critical Minerals from Indonesia whilst Navigating Complexities in a Fragmented World
On the sideline of LME Week 2026
Critical minerals sit at the centre of the global net-zero transition, powering the batteries, wind turbines, and grid infrastructure that will define the next phase of the energy economy. As London hosts the world's mining, investment, and supply chain leaders for LME Week 2026, Indonesia's role in that transition has never been more prominent.
Indonesia ranks among the world's top holders of nickel, cobalt, bauxite, and copper reserves, and is emerging as a hub for rare earth potential. Backed by an estimated 500 GW of renewable energy capacity, the country is one of the few jurisdictions positioned to link large-scale mineral extraction with clean downstream processing. Recent milestones, including LME approval of Indonesia's first Class-1 nickel brand and the substantive conclusion of the Indonesia-EU trade deal, are opening clearer pathways for international partners to engage across the value chain.
Join senior Indonesian policymakers, business leaders, and global mining and finance executives for an afternoon of high-level dialogue on the opportunities and challenges shaping Indonesia's critical minerals sector.
This event is hosted by Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Indonesia), the Indonesia Nickel Miners Association (APNI), and the Indonesia Investment Promotion Centre in London (IIPC London), in partnership with the London Metal Exchange (LME), the Indonesian Mining Association (IMA), and Equatorise Advisory.
Places are limited and subject to approval from organizers. Please register to confirm your attendance.
