Hosted by Ayda, a 550HR-RYT and founder of Soul Series Journals, this series brings you a rooftop wellness event designed to nourish your body, mind, and Soul.
Attendees will be prompted with journal prompts as they move through their flow. You have the option to answer aloud, to yourself, or in your provided Soul Series Journal. If you are looking for a yoga practice that combines modern day flow with yoga philosophy, this is it.
