Who were you before they told you who to be?
Reconnect with your authentic self beyond external expectations
We spend our lives defining ourselves - but how much of that definition is truly ours? In this 75-minute workshop, Clarita from Personas en el camino and Pathseekers pioneer in Buenos Aires, Argentina will guide you in beginning to peel back the layers of society, conditioning, expectations, and external narratives. Not to find final answers, but to start seeing what's underneath.
You'll explore all this to begin questioning what's imposed:
- The silence on top of the noise: creating space to see beyond definitions
- What you are NOT: moving beyond roles, titles, thoughts and identity
- The layers of mandates that shape how you define yourself: understanding that who you are is not static
- Your relationship with not knowing and why that´s closer to your own truth.
Through guided reflection and introspective writing, you'll gain tools to start peeling away the layers of what’s imposed and also you will begin the ongoing practice of questioning who they told you to be - and discovering that you might be more (or simply less) than all those definitions.
Whether you're feeling the weight of expectations, exhausted from performing a version of yourself that doesn't feel true, or simply someone ready to sit with the discomfort of discovering what’s underneath - this session will help you connect more with your story and to leave with more questions than final answers (because the process is the path).
Are you ready to question yourself not for concrete answers but for more and new possible paths of who you truly are?
