Sound Bath Under The Stars
Hi friends & community,
Last year I opened up my backyard for a very special night of sound and community under the stars. You showed up with open hearts, we gathered with intention, and we felt our connection to nature and to the stars as we bathed in sound. It was a magical experience 🤍
This year I'm doing it again under the new moon - a special night when the stars shine as bright as they get. I would love for you to be a part of it ✨
What to expect:
We’ll gather outdoors as the light fades, surrounded by candlelight and heartfelt intention, while gently easing into stillness together. As the sky darkens, I’ll guide us through a sound journey with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments — inviting you to unwind, listen deeply, and reconnect with what’s alive within you.
This night is for all of us: friends, family, neighbors, and anyone in the community who feels called to share in a peaceful evening together.
Schedule:
🌿 Arrive at 8:00 PM for light refreshments
🧘 Doors close at 8:20 PM as we settle into stillness
🕯️ Sound bath begins at 8:30 PM just as darkness starts to fall
✨ We’ll close around 10 PM with space for silence, reflection, and gentle grounding
Please bring:
A blanket or yoga mat to lie down on
A pillow or cushion (optional but cozy)
Extra layers in case the night is cool
An open heart
