Aishwarya Iyer is the Founder and CEO of Brightland, the first category-defining olive oil brand known for making the freshest, highest-quality olive oils, honeys, and vinegars on the market. Since its inception, Brightland has been featured by The New York Times, Vogue, Food & Wine, Fast Company, and many more. Aishwarya has been named on Create & Cultivate’s 100 and in Inc.’s Female Founders 100. Previously, Aishwarya spent over a decade in public affairs and corporate communications at various technology companies in both New York City and LA. She started her career at L’Oreal in the luxury products division at Lancome, and is a graduate of NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
Julia Kim is the founder and CEO of Sanhu House, a modern postpartum care company elevating recovery in the fourth trimester. Inspired by the Korean tradition of sanhujori, she has built a care model that blends evidence-based support with deeply restorative, culturally rooted practices. Prior to founding Sanhu House, Julia built her career in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on public health, philanthropy, and resource development, including roles at Open Society Foundations and UCLA. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University.
Amy Jin is a leadership coach to venture-backed founders and their executive teams, supporting them through the transition from seed to organizational scale. Her work focuses on the leadership inflection points that build effective executive teams, increase decision velocity, and establish operating systems that scale. She has personally coached three female founders from seed through unicorn status, and the entire leadership teams at scale-ups like Masterclass and Hinge. Amy is the co-founder of FounderOS Retreats. She is also the co-host of SheSpeaks. In her spare time, Amy loves to learn, clown, and eat pastries.
