• ​A first taste of real peer coaching. You'll join a small, curated group of fellow ocean CEOs for a facilitated session built around real challenges — company-level or personal — not small talk.

• ​A working session, not a pitch. Come ready to engage: listen actively, offer feedback, and get coached by peers who understand exactly what you're building.

• ​Breakfast and genuine connection, of course — but the goal is to leave having connected meaningfully with at least one or two people in the room, not just collected business cards.
