Join us for the launch of Spore … an immersive wellness gathering designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and deep restoration. Surrounded by and immersed in the legendary artwork of Gregg Fleishman.
The evening begins with a gentle arrival: tea, light treats, and space to connect. We’ll then move into a guided intention-setting ritual before settling into a somatic experience focused on releasing tension and reconnecting with the body.
From there, you’ll be guided through sound healing and energy clearing, followed by a restorative sound bath… all received while lying down and deeply supported. We’ll close with time to re-emerge slowly, enjoy music, and connect in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
