The Sacred Morning Reset Workshop : Reclaim Your Mornings. Reclaim Yourself
What if your mornings could fill you instead of drain you? Women who've done this workshop say they felt a shift within days — more peace, more presence, more of themselves back.
The Sacred Morning Reset is a 2-hour interactive, in-person workshop for Muslim women who are ready to transform how their day begins. Led by Nasreen Badat, Founder of Nooraya and dual-certified leadership and transformation coach, this workshop introduces the NOOR Framework — a faith-centered morning method drawing from Islamic tradition and modern personal development tools.
In this workshop, you will:
✦ Hear the story behind the NOOR Framework — and recognize yourself in it
✦ Understand why you're running on empty — and why it's not a commitment problem or a faith problem
✦ Learn the NOOR Framework in full — what each element is, why it works, and how it fits together
✦ Get honest about what's actually getting in the way of your mornings — and hear how other women are navigating the same things
✦ Leave with your personal Sacred Morning Reset blueprint, ready to complete and begin the very next day
Whether you have 15 minutes or two hours each morning, the blueprint meets you where you are — not where you think you should be.
This workshop has already resonated with women across the U.S. and the UK — attendees report calmer mornings, more intentional days, and a shift in how they show up for their families within days.
You're holding it all — but who is holding you? Come refill your cup. 🌿
About Nasreen Badat
Nasreen Badat is the founder of Nooraya, a faith-centered personal development company for Muslim women. Nooraya didn't come from a business plan — it came from the Qur'an, and from the moment life caused her to pause mid-career and return to a truer version of herself. The deeper she went into the tradition, the more she found — complete frameworks for restoration and leadership already embedded within it.
Nasreen brings nearly two decades in public service — and knows firsthand what it means to carry heavy responsibility while sometimes losing yourself in the process. Nooraya is grounded in Qur'anic tadabbur training at Glass Lamp Institute under Dr. Zainab Alwani, ensuring the work remains anchored in authentic Qur'anic scholarship and heart-centred pedagogy. She has been a leadership and transformation coach for over a decade, working with thousands of people worldwide through coaching, workshops, and training.
