Echoes of Infinity Sound Bath
Echoes of Infinity Sound Bath
Experience a profoundly immersive sound journey as live gongs and singing bowls blend with digital brainwave-modulating music (binaural beats and isochronic tones).
Led by sound healing practitioner and electronic musician Lavender Suarez, this session begins with gentle breathing exercises and guided meditation, preparing you to receive the full effect of the sound bath.
The sounds will then envelop your mind and body through Reforester’s advanced spatial audio system, featuring 24 speakers and deep bass, designed to elevate your spirit and nourish your soul.
You may wish to bring a yoga mat to lie down on; blankets are provided. You can also bring an eye mask/covering for a more immersive experience.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up for the sound bath. Feel free to use this time to enjoy snacks and drinks in the cafe as well.
To respect the space and experience for everyone, we will not be letting attendees in more than 15 minutes past the session start time.
