​Kickoff Day 2 is all about buying units and qualification.

​In this session, Matthias Ballweg walks you through a real pilot structure he helped design, then applies it to real accounts with support from your coaches.

​Learn to map who signs, who blocks, who uses and who pays in a target account, and then qualify hard on budget, timing and problem owner.

​Come with one of your focus accounts in mind, since you'll be applying this to your own deals.

​About the Speakers

​Dr. Matthias Ballweg is a co-founder of Circular Republic and a director at UnternehmerTUM. He is a climate ambassador for the City of Munich and has co-authored influential circular economy reports with the Club of Rome and the UN International Resource Panel. Before that, he was Vice President of Strategy at MAN Truck & Bus and a consultant at McKinsey. He holds a PhD in behavioral psychology and is an active business angel in sustainability startups.

​About Kickoff Week

​Kickoff week (Nov 16 to 20) is where the program starts. It's online and front-loaded: about four hours across the week, then a light weekly rhythm once the core program begins. You'll meet your coaches, get the tools to work your live deals, and hear from practitioners who have done it themselves, including sessions on qualifying buyers and financing pilots.
