Diamonds in the Making is a 3-day virtual conference for pre-pharmacy and PharmD students.
This conference is designed to address the real pressures of pharmacy school: the pressure to do it all, take care of yourself, excel in school, and find your fit in pharmacy.
This is not a typical conference. This is an honest, community-driven experience built around the Key 3 framework: Person First. Learner Second. PharmD Third.
Over three days, you will have real conversations about the hard parts, learn practical strategies to navigate your journey, and discover the possibilities with a PharmD. You'll leave with clarity about your next steps, confidence to take action, and the community to support you through it.
Built for students, by students
Every session at Diamonds in the Making is designed and led by an LWL Student Ambassador. 12 pharmacy students and 3 recent graduates from schools across the country are planning, producing, and presenting this conference. This experience was built by people who are on your journey and know what you need not only to get through pharmacy school, but also to grow through it.

💎 Brilliance Scholarship Award
Two student attendees will be selected to receive a $500 scholarship award in recognition of their commitment to the pharmacy profession, service to their community, and resilience through the pressures of pharmacy school.

Attendance awards are available for pre-pharmacy and PharmD students who demonstrate commitment to the profession and would benefit from financial support to attend. Applications are reviewed by the LWL Ambassador team.
