​A select mix of founders, investors and senior industry experts shaping the future of food and consumer. We keep the table small so every guest brings a perspective the rest of the table will want to hear.

​Evening Schedule

• ​18:00: Guest arrival and drinks

• ​18:30: Welcome

• ​18:45: Fireside conversation (speakers to be announced)

• ​19:15: Seated dinner

• ​21:00: Evening concludes

​We’ll begin with a fireside conversation, featuring three distinct perspectives: one founder, one investor and one industry expert.

​We’ll then gather around the table for a special chef’s menu by Chef Santiago Lastra, with plenty of time to continue the conversation.
