Deal Agenda
Deal Agenda returns for its next edition, bringing together investors, founders and advisors to explore one of the most pressing questions in today’s transaction market: What does AI actually mean for deals?
AI is rapidly entering the deal room, from sourcing and diligence to value creation and exit narratives. But where is it creating a real edge, and where is it still mostly hype?
This edition will explore how AI is beginning to reshape transactions and portfolio strategy. Topics include the valuation of AI-driven companies, intellectual property considerations, AI-related diligence risks, and how funds and portfolio companies are approaching AI transformation from a talent and leadership perspective.
Through a candid panel discussion, with active participation from the audience, we will explore where AI is already impacting the transaction landscape and where its real implications may still lie ahead.
