AI strategy lunch & learn

​A group of WDAI members who are coming together to share notes on putting together an AI strategy for their organizations in 2025.

Discussion starter questions:

• ​Anyone have any resources that might be helpful?
  Has anyone done this already and would be willing to chat about what went over well, and what didn't? (Happy to buy coffee or lunch)

• ​Even if you haven't done this and are in the same boat, happy to put something together for us to discuss.

Lunch & learns are a GREAT way to pull together an informal group of members to jam on an AI related topic, share resources and insights, and collaborate. If you're ever interested in spinning one up, PLEASE JUST DO! We'd love to see more members organize these on their own, and we will happily support + add it to the calendar, etc.
