Sitges Breathwork

​Monday morning Breathwork, group sessions 7am at the beach in front of the ME hotel. Arrive at 6.55am so we can take full advantage of the hour together.

​Bring your towel, layers and water bottle: a swimsuit for those who stay after the session to enjoy the beach and the sea.

​Energy Exchange 15.00 euro per session

​Sesiones grupales de respiración (breathwork) los lunes por la mañana a las 7:00 h, en la playa frente al hotel ME. Llegar a las 6:55 h para aprovechar al máximo la hora que compartiremos.

​Trae tu toalla, ropa en capas y una botella de agua; también bañador si decides quedarte después de la sesión para disfrutar de la playa y el mar.
