โthe art of letting go ๐
โa guided restorative experience for nurses
โnovember 11th | 5:00 pm pacific | live on zoom
โwhat have you been carrying that you may no longer need to hold so tightly?
โas nurses, we become familiar with holding a lot.
โthe responsibilities. the expectations. the difficult moments. the pressure to keep going, even when our bodies and minds are asking for something different.
โsometimes, we carry things long after the moment has passed.
โand sometimes, letting go isn't about making a big change or walking away from something.
โit's about gently noticing where we've been holding tension, what we've been asking of ourselves, and where we might begin making a little more room to breathe.
โthe art of letting go is an invitation to soften your grip and explore what it feels like to carry a little less.
โjoin kelly, msn, rn, holistic nurse coach and founder of nurturing the nurse, for a gentle restorative gathering designed to support reflection, relaxation, and reconnection with yourself.
โduring our time together, we'll explore:
โ๐ 10 minutes | opening education + reflection
โexplore how chronic stress, caregiving responsibilities, and internal expectations can contribute to the tension we carry. reflect on what may be asking for your attention and what you may be ready to explore releasing.
โ๐ฆ 35 minutes | guided restorative journey
โsettle into an immersive experience of grounding, mindful breathing, gentle somatic awareness, guided imagery, and extended rest.
โthroughout the practice, you'll be invited to notice where you're holding tension, explore softening at your own pace, and imagine setting down some of what you've been carrying.
โ๐ค 15 minutes | optional community connection
โfor those who wish to stay, we'll create space for reflection, sharing, and meaningful connection with other nurses.
โthere is no pressure to speak, share, or participate beyond what feels comfortable.
โ
โa little invitation
โyou don't have to figure out how to let everything go.
โyou don't have to force yourself to relax.
โand you don't need to arrive knowing what you want to release.
โbring yourself, a cozy blanket, your favorite cup of tea, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
โsometimes, letting go begins with realizing you don't have to hold everything so tightly.
