​In 90 minutes, we shift your state through movement, sound, voice, and a subtle fire ritual.

​Here is what actually happens: we start with guided movement to get you out of your head. Then carefully layered sound and atmosphere that shifts your state faster than you’d expect. There is storytelling with a twist, the kind that lands differently when your body is already open. We close with a simple ritual to release what has been sitting and set something in motion for what’s next.

​You leave with practical tools you can actually use — before a festival, an important conversation, or any moment where you want to feel more present and more in it.

​We will have our gathering at the beautiful location in Amsterdam West (near Westerpark) close to city center.
