​For 60 minutes, we’ll slow the pace, take a proper breath, and check in with what’s really been lifting you, and what’s been quietly nibbling away at your spark.

​Through simple reflection prompts, paired conversations and the option to dip into a brief coaching moment, you’ll uncover the small shifts that help you feel clearer, lighter and more in flow.

Having led learning teams across major UK brands before moving into self-employment, she now works with leaders and L&D professionals to build clarity, confidence, and energy through strengths-based and coaching-led approaches.
